The founder and CEO of Your Outsourced CFO, Jeff Bruno, holds over twenty years of experience in financial and operating strategy. Jeff began Your Outsourced CFO with the goal of providing small business owners a strategic partner to improve the clarity of the financial process while aligning their growth goals with measurable metrics to help them reach their personal and company-wide objectives.
The modern CFO is even more critical to manage the intersection of financial strategic planning and growth milestones for a small to medium-sized business. Jeff’s first-hand experiences as a leading figure in a multi-million-dollar acquisition of a two-store furniture dealer network in NYC in 2010, as the Finance & Business Development Manager for two smaller companies, and as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo have helped to give Jeff a clear understanding of how to manage people’s expectations and many of the financial and operational hoops that small businesses must jump through to achieve growth in their competitive markets.
Jeff’s continued support of many industry-diverse clients as founder of Your Outsourced CFO renders him as a leading expert in the field of small business management. Jeff brings not only impressive credentials, but a working knowledge of the intricacies of the small business world, helping to drive financial creativity, planning, empowerment, and proactive process management to the small to medium-sized business market. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The George Washington University and a Master’s Degree in International Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Jeff Danziger was the first Your Outsourced CFO employee, hired in 2014 after graduating from LeBow College of Business at Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Jeff has since played a critical role in helping to expand the brand and client base and officially became a partner of the company in April of 2017.
Jeff Danziger is responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports and projections for monthly meetings with client CEOs, partners, and board of advisors. His favorite financial models to create include five-year investor IRR projections, M&A projections, and thirteen-week cash flows. Other financial models include: fiscal year budgets, commission models, profitability by segments, and general key metric monitoring. Jeff collaborates closely with internal bookkeepers, accountants, or finance teams to streamline processes, ensure financial accuracy, and generate concise financial reports. Jeff has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the organization through his help in the development of strategic partnerships.
Julian joined the team in late 2017. Julian holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Ursinus College and earned an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Julian has a background in pharmaceutical operations, management consulting, and he also co-founded a small business.
Julian worked as an Operations Manager at Merck leading a team of 10 individuals analyzing workflow and procedures and the direct processing of materials. After several years at Merck, Julian moved into the consulting field, first as an independent consultant. Julian gained experience developing a turnaround plan to help stabilize a small business by analyzing financial statements and presenting findings to the owners of the business and modeling financial restructuring options as well as developing and initiating a debt restructuring plan.
During his time at the Darden School, Julian co-founded a small business. Julian gained practical insights into the challenges of running your own business and what CEOs face daily. He spent time designing and presenting investor pitches to potential strategic partners. From his MBA, Julian transitioned into a management consulting role at a respected firm near Philadelphia. In this role, Julian honed his financial analysis skills by supporting a major cost reduction PMO for a specialty pharmaceutical company, providing ad hoc financial analysis, spreadsheet modeling, and project management responsibilities. Through Julian’s extensive consulting experience helping businesses through his financial expertise and his experience running his own small business, Julian is equipped with the necessary tools to help our clients work through any problem.
Over the last 20+ years, starting in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, Nicole gained experience in auditing and running all aspects of the financial process of various companies. She elevated through several financial roles over the next 10 years at Medical Broadcasting Company that later became Digitas Health in Philadelphia. She then had another 10-year term at Direct Image and Design where she built and managed the accounting and finance department and served as a member of the Senior Management Team.
Nicole’s over 20 years of accounting and finance experience that she brings to them are both an asset internally and externally, helping clients grow and achieve their goals. Nicole had been responsible for leading the cash flow analysis process, budgeting, and creating and analyzing financial metrics throughout her career. Additionally, she’s successfully led various organizations through financial software conversions. She has extensive experience in various forecasting and reporting methods, helping the organizations she was with identify and monitor costing and revenue targets. As a member of the Senior Management Team, Nicole was instrumental in guiding the strategic financial goals and recommendations for the entire organization. This vast experience, mostly in a leadership role, Nicole is perfectly suited to immediately guide clients in making the correct financial decisions and helping them attain financial clarity.
Nicole is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance.
Andrea comes to Your Outsourced CFO with over seven years of experience as a financial analyst. Her experience is varied in the types of roles she has taken and her pursuit of higher-level education. Andrea began her career, after receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Carolina, as a Financial Management Analyst for the Department of the Navy. In this role she mainly concentrated on supply chain accounting. Thereafter, she switched industries to banking, working as a Senior Pricing Analyst for BNY Mellon. Andrea then decided to go back to school, earning an MBA and Masters of Science in Finance from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. In addition, she has completed her Project Management Professional Certification. Most recently, Andrea has worked with a local micro-lending nonprofit, assisting micro entrepreneurs as they put together their business plans required for small business loans. In this role, she has been instrumental in helping these small businesses create short-term financial projections and strategic plans.
Rose joined the YOCFO team as a Financial Associate in May 2019 after completing her Global MBA program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Rose received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University in 2012 and began her career as a Support Engineer at PPL in Allentown, PA. There she specialized in process efficiency and optimization, including a position managing the oil department’s finances and operations. Rose moved on to PSEG, a power company headquartered in Newark, NJ, where she served as a Project Engineer. While there, she completed her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Despite enjoying the project management side of the business, she decided to pivot her career into a more finance-focused field. While earning her MBA she interned with YOCFO in her final MBA program year. Intrigued by small & medium sized business finance and strategy, she decided to join the team full time. Bringing a wide range of industry and project experience to the table, Rose will prove to be a long term asset to the YOCFO team.
Steve is a 20+ year finance executive with significant operational and transactional experience. He brings to Your Outsourced CFO capabilities, experiences and contacts that fit the arc of needs of clients and their engagements. This enhances the level of value we can contribute to our client’s success and goal attainment.
Steve’s passion and focus is on helping business owners drive growth and value. On the strategic planning side, his experience helps owners assess their options when accessing the capital markets, looking at M&A, or other key - capital - initiatives.
Having been on the business side as a CFO of a mid-sized private engineering company and a corporate finance executive for a mid cap public company, Steve recognized that scarce and performing resources seek their greatest value. Owning, managing, financing and exiting a small business is likely the largest endeavor most people will undertake in their business careers and it is also an independent and tremendous way to create personal wealth.
Steve’s depth of experience, knowledge and ability to see and create value, combined with YOCFO’s proven client engagement process, brings another level of power to the SMB market.

Rich’s background of 30+ years conceiving, building, and managing profitable small and mid-sized businesses lends a strategic impact and experience-base to our team and in the development of strategies for growth for our clients. Additionally, his attitude and love for mentorship has permeated the organization as a modus operandi for how we forge relationships with our clients.
Rich’s work during his career has exclusively focused on small, entrepreneurial businesses, having no traditional corporate experience. With this mindset, his love for mentoring entrepreneurs, and his passion for the benefits of the “how to” of strategy, business operations, sales and profitability, he has worked to ready Your Outsourced CFO for expansion and growth. Over his career, he has consulted with software companies, B2B Equipment Leasing Companies, Value Added Farming Operations, Restaurant Chefs and various Artisans producing custom and handcrafted products – as well as music - for the public. Rich enabled an automotive industry-tech-point of sale company to increase gross revenue by 20% over a 3-year engagement by overhauling their financial processes and their marketing program. Rich provided a complete turnaround plan for a commercial construction company with an internal organizational revamp, a financial process and controls reorganization, and a recapitalization plan. Most recently Rich has benefited a startup gluten-free bakery with rebranding to penetrate the food service and private label market, evaluating large-scale partnership opportunities, and designing the strategy and execution of an Intellectual Property Process Patent initiative.
His interest is in understanding the unique issues facing the small and mid-sized businessperson – and giving them the necessary tools for revenue growth, profitability and success along with realizing their “vision”. With this “vision” and his dedication to help businesses understand their “why” in mind, Rich has helped enact positive change and develop effective growth strategies for our clients.
